The M100 (and it's main components) is not RoHS complient and because of this End-Of-Life.
The M100 is a standard GPRS Triband Modem for fast data transfer
in the GSM networks over the serial port. The GPRS modem is used at a
remote location to set up a virtual connection between a remote device (with
a serial port) and a central computer. Typical applications include
Telemetry, Security Systems, Data Loggers, or any remote equipment with
serial data port.
